LMFAO sued by former managers

The music group LMFAO is being sued by the management company that once represented them, RPM GRP. The management group claims that the band had signed a deal with them in 2008 and dropped them right with the band hit it big. After dropping the company LMFAO hired two of the companies employees to manage them instead. The lawsuit was filed in California at Santa Monica Superior Court and the lawsuit list such offenses as breach of contract, tortuous interference and accounting against the brand. The company claims that they are the reason for LMFAOs success and should be credited as such. The company also wants compensation for the bands breach of contract and to pay them back for the fees they accumulated. The company is also upset that LMFAO took two of its employees to replace them as managers because now the company is down two workers. LMFAO is paying their two new managers on a salary and not paying a commission to the company that helped them get their start. LMFAO has not handle the lawsuit very professional up to this point as proven by the group’s front man tweeting a picture of the lawsuit after he got served mocking it and the company suing them. This could possibly come back to bite them while trying to handle it through the court systems. Treating a lawsuit so frivolously is not exactly a smart move and not one many people would do. The form managers will surely try and use that during the trail. Since the tweeted picture there have not been many updates on this case, where it is at this moment in time is unclear but it is clear that the case has not be dropped and that the company will push through with suing the band.
